TSC Annual Report
The TSC's primary accountability document — reporting on teacher registrations, appointments, disciplinary cases, appeals, separations, and workforce deployment data tabled annually in Parliament.
Teacher Workforce Report
A statistical picture of PNG's government teacher workforce — covering teacher numbers by province, school level, gender, qualification, registration status, vacancies, and annual attrition and inflow data.
Teacher Registration Report
Documents new teacher registrations, Provisional-to-Full Registration progressions, suspended or cancelled registrations, and total registered teachers across all provinces and school levels.
Disciplinary Report
Documents disciplinary cases by province and offence type, outcomes including suspensions and dismissals, pending cases, appeal outcomes, and the most common categories of teacher misconduct recorded.
Appointments and Deployment Report
Records all new appointments, acting appointments, transfers, tenure confirmations, vacancy gazettals, appointment appeals, and identifies provinces with unresolved vacancies and deployment imbalances.
Appeals Report
Documents all teacher appeals — appointment, disciplinary, separation, salary — by type, outcome, and resolution time. Identifies patterns to guide TSC policy review and reduce recurring appealable errors.
Separation and Retirement Report
Documents all teacher separations by type, entitlements paid, contested cases, and projected retirement numbers. A critical workforce planning tool as over 20,000 PNG teachers approach retirement age.
Provincial Education Performance Report
Assesses all 22 provinces against teacher workforce management indicators — appointment compliance, leave records, absence rates, registration currency, and disciplinary case resolution.
Teacher Inspection and Performance Report
Documents inspections conducted, performance ratings, salary increment decisions, improvement plans, disciplinary referrals, and provincial inspection coverage gaps across the national teacher workforce.
Salary and Entitlements Report
Documents salary expenditure by province, increment approvals, salary disputes, allowance payments, overpayment and underpayment cases, and salary classification validation outcomes.
Teacher Workforce Digitisation Report
Documents the digitisation of 53 years of TSC teacher records — replacing paper-based filing since independence — improving appointment accuracy, payroll integrity, and real-time workforce data access.
